Upon receipt of your registration form, the entire registration fee will be charged to your credit card. No spots are confirmed until payment has been received in full. Official notification of your confirmation status will be faxed or emailed within fourteen (14) business days of receiving authorized payment of registration fees. Members may bring accompanying associates to the conference. An associate may not attend any portion of the conference without the accompanying member. Members are encouraged to bring a team of six to benefit from the learning experience, as well as to enjoy the special rates per team. Two or more members and their associates may combine to form a virtual team of six to enjoy the special rates. In the event of individual registrations of less than six persons, the TAIPAN committee may assign certain individuals to form virtual teams of between six-eight persons. Applicants who are placed on a waiting list will be contacted when space becomes available. Applicants will receive a full refund if withdrawn from the waiting list or if a space is declined when offered. If a member cancels from the event, he will be subjected to the applicable cancellation. If the cancelled member is replaced by someone from the waiting list, the cancelling member will receive full refund for the portion(s) of the event that they have been replaced, less a US$500 processing fee. Fees must be paid in U.S. dollars by cheque, wire transfer, or credit card (Visa/MasterCard). In the case of credit card payment, EO Malaysia will bill the registrant the Ringgit Malaysia equivalent (currently at approximately US$1:RM3.50/prevailing rate). EO Malaysia reserves the right to cancel any activity that does not attract enough registrants. If cancelled, fee refund is subject to board approval, but in most cases is refunded immediately. No exceptions will be made for medical or business reasons. EO Malaysia will not offer any refunds for cancellation apart from those described in the individual event cancellation policy. We encourage all members to secure appropriate travel insurance to cover any unforeseen situations that might affect their ability to attend an event. SBL-KHAS SCHEME
Training programmes that are eligible to be offered under this scheme are public and in-house programmes conducted by training providers who are registered with PSMB. Training grant applications submitted by employers for programmes that are not registered or conducted by training providers not registered under this scheme will be rejected.
To fulfil the needs of employers who wish to conduct in-house training programmes, the course contents can be customised to cater for individual employer’s needs. However, any changes made to the contents cannot exceed more than 50% of the original registered course contents.
Under the scheme, all applications must be submitted to PSMB, prior to the commencement of training and PSMB must be informed before the commencement of training should there be any changes in the training schedules.
