Vijay Tirathrai – managing director
Vijay Tirathrai is an entrepreneur with interest in private equity, apparel distribution and real estate with nearly 20 years in international trade and marketing. Vijay served on several boards of private companies and non-profit entities, namely the boards of the Young Presidents Organisation and Entrepreneurs Organisation where he held the position as International President. With it he has been involved in organising conferences and meetings for entrepreneurs and board members over the past 10 years in North America, Europe and Asia Pacific. He brings a wealth of experience in organisational skills and fund raising through leadership and access to an extensive global network.
Payzin Elli – client servicing
Coming from an artistic background, Payzin has an exceptional understanding of implementing vision into reality. After receiving her degree in Digital Arts and Animation in London, she has worked in various creative firms; from game developing to post-production. She has created many commercials that were widely broadcasted on national Turkish television. Payzin hosted her own television program on the Technology Channel, which was broadcast on satellite throughout Europe and Asia. Her great interpersonal skills in front of the screen portray one of great leadership and her commitments in various countries have developed a unique multicultural personality.
Vanitha Mani Thevaratnam – events management
Vanitha is known for her unabashed love for organizing events; be it an official dinner, high profile soiree and large-scale conferences around the region for some of the most renowned names in the corporate sector, or simply taking time off to put together social events for her family, friends and colleagues. It is therefore no surprise that she is at her happiest when found behind-the-scenes running her events with ‘a smile’. Vanitha has over 8 years worth of hospitality enriched experience having worked in a leading 5-star hotel in Kuala Lumpur, and another 5 years in the field of events, public relations and marketing communications, hence she brings value-added service to her Clients in terms of localizing content for the environment and prompt delivery as part of the Fabulous Target’s global team.
Joanne Lim – business support
Island hopping seemed to be unintentional but a predominant move over the years for Joanne, who has worked and lived in Labuan (North Borneo), Singapore and Australia. She has adjusted to life in Kuala Lumpur and joins the Fab team as Business Support Manager. Opportunities have led her to setting up offices for international institutions in the banking, manufacturing and education industry. She has also worked at 5-star hospitality organisations and the Oil & Gas industry. Her solid administrative abilities and keen interest in marketing communications ensures strong support in business development and management of the office. Joanne holds a Bachelor of Business and Hospitality Management conferred by Macquarie University, Sydney. She has been known to swing a mean forehand at the local tennis circuit and is just about given in to persuasions to hang up her tennis racquet for yoga.

Robert Clark – creative director
Robert Clark’s ability to navigate a client through an amazing imaginative journey will create an event that will leave an indelible mark upon the audience’s memory. Combining his musical talent and entrepreneurial flair in the special event industry, he has produced and directed hundreds of special events, concerts, conventions and product launches . Internationally recognised as one of Austalia’s finest musical directors and conductors, Robert’s career highlights include performances with international stars such as Frank Sinatra, Peter Allen, Petula Clark, Engelbert Humperdinck, Shirley Bassey, Johnny Mathis, and Anthony Newley. Australian artists he has performed with include David Campbell, Christine Anu, Julie Anthony, Simon Gallaher, Rhonda Burchmore, Todd McKenney, Glenn Shorrock, Russell Morris, Doug Parkinson, Wendy Matthews, Marcia Hines, Tina Arena, and Troy Cassar-Daley to mention a few.
Alice George – public relations specialist
Alice George has been a PR practitioner with over 22 years work experience in Malaysia. She upholds professionalism, integrity and honesty at the heart of building brands through public relations.
After 8 years with the British Council in Sarawak, she moved to Kuala Lumpur in 1993 to work 7 years with a leading public-listed property development and investment company in the country where she was involved with leading international events including APEC, G-15 Summit, ASEAN Summit, Women’s World Cup of Golf, the Tiger Woods visit to Malaysia, to name a few.
In 1999, she was selected by its CEO to be a member of the core bid team invited by the British Government for the Adaptive Re-use of the Millennium Dome in the UK which was short listed in the top four for the international bid. She then went on to work for 4 years with the largest local public relations firm in the country as head of the marketing communications practice.
Experienced in the field of marketing communication, especially written communication and media relations, she has profiled well-known brands in event, technology, retail, sports, property and lifestyle brands. She brings a wealth of information, ideas and knowledge, with value-added services for all Clients.
